Pick up intructions from airport: "Prior to your arrival at El Loa Airport, please contact us via WhatsApp to indicate the operator of your assigned service. At El Loa Airport, one of our representatives will be waiting for you at the exit of the terminal after the landing gate, the staff will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. To facilitate your transfer and avoid confusion, please go directly to the sign with your name on it. Important: We ask that you avoid stopping inside the airport with people outside our company. This will help us to speed up the process and guarantee a faster and more organized transfer, remembering that the waiting time after your flight lands is 35 minutes at the airport."
