Please specify your flight and hotel information at the time of booking. The driver will hold your name sign and await at the exit of luggage claim hall of airport.

- Hotel drop-off area should be within the 4th ring road of Beijing. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
- Please make sure provide us with your correct flight and hotel information.
- Please make sure you notify us by telephone or email if your flight or hotel information changes.
- If you stay in hutong or airbnb, we might not be able to drop you off at the door. Because the lane of hutong is too narrow to drive, and normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
- We provide up to 2 hours free waiting at the airport after your flights arrives, counting from the actual landing time. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees may apply, if you encounter any problems (visa issue or the luggage losing, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

Well worth the money having a courteus driver greeting you at arrival and dealing with the traffic. Would highly recommend the service, especially after 14 hour flight.

Very easy. Driver was waiting for us at the exit from the baggage hall with a sign with our name on it . Nice and big so you couldn’t miss it. It was very comforting to see at 2 am. Nice quick drive to our hotel.
