Nunca nos recogieron en el lugar acordado. The driver never showed up. We had to take a expensive taxy to our Hotel
The vehicle was clean and comfortable.The driver was polite and friendly but the owner was not. She was unwilling to accomodate an extra short trip (2 kms one way) without an additional exorbitant amount.
Thank you for your feedback. However, I would like to clarify the situation. The request was not simply an “extra short trip.” What was actually asked was to keep the luggage in the vehicle, skip returning to the hotel, and then wait for approximately 2 hours until the end of the Haeundae train experience before providing a return trip to the hotel. This is not a standard service and normally not something we offer. Despite this, we still tried to accommodate your schedule and timing as much as possible. In addition, we also assisted with an extra stop at a currency exchange and waited for you there, which was not part of the original plan. Given the additional time, waiting, and service involved, an extra charge was reasonable. It is unfair to describe this as a simple short trip request. We always do our best to help our guests, but we also need to be fair with time and service provided.

I had booked the Gimhae international airport transfer to Haeundae-gu hotel. Unfortunately my flight was delayed by 2 hours in Tokyo due to bad weather conditions but Cozybusan patiently coordinated with the cab driver and there was no hesitation or complain about the long delay. A very comfortable, spacious SUV Vehicle was already waiting for me at the airport gate and it was just for myself and my huge luggage. I totally recommend this service for your commute in Busan.
