When arriving at Cancun International Airport, it is essential to know the meeting points established to facilitate your travel experience. - Terminal 2 Domestic Arrivals "Welcome Bar". - Terminal 2 International Arrivals "Welcome Bar". Terminal 3 at Margaretville Bar. Terminal 4 in "Welcome Bar". A maximum waiting time of 60 minutes is allowed from the landing of the aircraft in the original flight schedule. In case we do not have contact (due to lack of communication by passengers, after the regulatory waiting time , we will proceed to the "NO SHOW" which means that you will not be able to access the services previously reserved. For delayed flights, we have a maximum tolerance time of 60 minutes from the original flight schedule. If your arrival is delayed for more than 60 minutes, it will be considered a "no show", meaning you will not be able to access the services previously reserved. The cancellation of the flight by the Airline will also be automatically considered as No show. On the other hand, if you opt for the transfer from the hotel to Cancun Airport , please note that the maximum waiting time in the lobby is 05 minutes. This ensures fast and efficient management for all. To ensure that your transfer is successful, it is advisable to be aware of the instructions we will be sending you by our whathsapp contact and follow the established procedures. Remember that good planning and knowledge of waiting times can significantly improve your experience, allowing you to enjoy your vacation in the paradise destination of Cancun and La Riviera Maya without any setbacks. It is important that you note: 1. - In case not when arriving at Cancun Airport and your phone has no network connection or no wifi, we recommend connecting to the airport wifi network so that we can have communication with you. 2. - You must have WhatsApp downloaded to your phone, it is the only means by which we will have communication with you.

  • Pickup from the hotel to the Airport : Maximum waiting time for the van in the lobby is 05 minutes, after 06 minutes is considered NO SHOW (We recommend being 05 minutes before the scheduled time for your pickup)
  • It is important: 1.- Once you are in the waiting room to board the plane, let us know that the flight is on time (we continue to monitor the flight).
  • 2.- When you arrive at Cancun Airport and are waiting for luggage, please let us know to allow the unit to enter the platform area.
  • 3.- Locate the correct exit door, you can ask what is the exit where the Van or Transport Agencies are located.
  • 4.- At this point you can place our staff or driver with our logo and/or your name.

Excellent shuttle service

Super recommended!! They were always watching us and the transfer was comfortable and punctual. Jessica and Alex were always very friendly, resolving all our doubts. We would definitely choose them again:)

Driver was accommodating...

Very struts, excellent

Very punctual. I had already contracted with them, this is the second time. And again all excellent. Very punctual. The van is in good condition, clean, air-conditioned. All very well. At a good price. I highly recommend it

Excellent service

Excellent service! Super punctual. Very good communication and response. It is the fastest and most punctual transport I have hired and I have been to Cancun many times. I recommend it 100 percent. Plus the van very clean and in very good condition.

Great company

Corosan is an amazing company and we were so lucky to have them shuttle us to/from our hotel and take us on a day trip to Chichen Itza. Alexander is a great driver and we felt comfortable every minute of the ride.
