Incredible experience, every team extremely asking to solve everything. The super attentive sailors, gave all support to my elderly parents even in the matter of locomotion on the boat. They were super transparent in negotiation and payment format, asked my girlfriend in marriage and couldn't have been better. If you are thinking about taking a boat trip in cancun, they are definitely the best option!!! They assembled my entire wedding request from decoration to drone photography. They were super flexible, I forgot my cell phone charger on the boat, came to leave at my hotel door. Besides an exemplary service, the after sale was amazing!!! Certainly when I get back to cancun I will take another tour with them

We were so excited to go on the yacht from Yacht Cancun rental. However, we got there and the boat was disgusting. It was missing fiberglass, parts of seats and smelled dirty or old. They will not give us our money back and were horrible to deal with after the fact. I believe this entire website is fake and their boats do not match their pictures or descriptions in any way. Completely fraudulent!
We had an excellent time on the boat, the staff was very kind and sweet and more than accommodating! They take us to two amazing spots, one beautiful beach, where we could stand and see straight through the water and another spot where the snorkeling was amazing!

We had the best time!!! They had a water Matt, ice, beverages and fishing poles for us! I even caught a barracuda and they cleaned it and cooked it on the boat!! I would highly recommend them!
