Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is available from most hotels/Airpot in central Shenzhen. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If your hotel is outside the city center, I will arrange a convenient meeting point and contact you in advance via email. If you're arriving by train or at the airport, pickup can also be arranged — please inform me at least 24 hours in advance.

We had an amazing experience with our guide Rong! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and always willing to adjust the itinerary based on our preferences. We discussed our interests in advance and ended up visiting all the places we wanted, each with a unique and memorable experience thanks to her detailed insights. Rong picked us up in a very comfortable NEO car, and even provided water bottles. While the price was not be the cheapest when we book, the value for money and the quality of service are truly among the best I’ve ever had. Rong was incredibly fast to respond to my email about specific questions and customize the trip to fit all my needs. Highly recommended her if you want a local to take you around shenzhen
