Christina was an excellent instructor and very patient with my two younger children (10 & 7). She took time to make sure we understood and answered our questions patiently. Her husband Enzo shared photos of his scuba/travel adventures around the world while we ate the pasta (spinach and ricotta tortelli) we prepared. Highly recommend!!
We had a superb afternoon and early evening with Christina and her husband Enzo, a lovely couple who welcomed us into their home and treated us almost as family. Christina is an excellent cook; she showed us how to make tortellini pasta with two different fillings and even accepted our offer of "helping" her. We then ate a charming meal of parma ham, pasta, and creme caramel, accompanied by bread, wine and a homemade liquour. The visit was the highlight of our visit to Parma.
Maria Cristina and her husband Enzo were excellent hosts! We went for our honeymoon, and even though we know how to make pasta already, we learned so much more! As we tried to find the house in the dark, Enzo was already there to greet us and help us get upstairs. They also gave us good suggestions about where to park. Maria Cristina only speaks broken English and we speak broken Italian, but we could communicate just fine. She taught us how to make tortelli and as we were talking, showed us how to make anolini. When we asked where to get the tool to make it, she excused herself for 5 minutes, went out on her bicycle at 7 at night, and bought one for us! We promptly repaid her and we can't wait to use it! We all ate dinner together, complete with Lambrusco and Enzo's homemade Nocino. We were tired and full, but it was a perfect night!
Me and my son of 15 had a great time learning how to make pasta in a beutiful family home. We were very well taken care of and it was a fantastic memory to bring home. Now we are buying a pasta machine to further develop our new skills. I highly recommend this activity! 👌🏻🇮🇹

Incredible experience being welcomed in our hosts’ lovely kitchen… where we visited, we made fresh pasta, salad cake, enjoyed local meat and lots of cheese. Very special evening. Totally worth it!
