I have zero complaints. Reggae tours were on time both times. The drivers were amazing and were able to answer any questions we had. I can’t remember the first guy’s name who picked us up from the airport, but CJ dropped us off when it was time to leave. I’m so grateful for him. He gave me an opportunity to experience one last thing before arriving to airport. I felt safe and the vehicles were well kept and had air. Booking through TripAdvisor was simple. I will be booking with them every time I come back.

We were picked up by Mr. Wilson at Sandals Royal Plantation and driven to the airport in Montego Bay. The vehicle was a clean and comfortable Toyota SUV. Mr. Wilson was not only a professional and skilled driver, he was also a knowledgeable tour guide. He provided us with interesting history of the island throughout the whole ride.

There was a mistake and we had to private transfers. We chose to go with the Sandals transfer and we're told "to bad, no refund because no 24 hour notice". We are not happy about that because we didn't know that there was 2 different transfers. We pointed out that on the website it stated that you can get a full refund, but we didn't get it. We have used the website to book several things and never had a problem until now. Not happy about this matter.

However, our team contacted you to reconfirm your transfer the day before, and on the morning of the transfer, you updated us with a later pick up time, which we accommodated. At no point prior to pick up were we notified that you intended to cancel, and we were not advised of the second booking made with another company until the actual time of pick up. Because the cancellation occurred at the time of pick up, after the vehicle and driver had already been dispatched specifically for your transfer, we were unable to provide a refund under the cancellation policy stated on our website. We regret that this was disappointing, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances. If you would like to discuss the matter further, we are here to assist.
Having Grant as our driver was excellent because he gave us some Histiry lessons of Jamaica. Will surely recommended Reggae Tours to friends and families.

Richard was wonderful! He picked us up on time from Airport. He had a Happy Birthday sign and balloons in van for me! He really set the tone for a wonderful birthday! We enjoyed the information he provided to us about the island and good tours to take. We definitely will use this company again!

We booked reggae tours for our private airport transfer. Once we arrived to Montego Bay airport, we went to kiosk 18 and checked in. The employee then walked us to our private van where our driver loaded our suitcases for us. We were a party of 5 and the van was spacious and clean. The driver was kind and knowledgeable about the island. For our pick up, the driver arrived early (which was great!) to our hotel and put our luggage in the van. The van was once again spacious and clean. We would definitely use them again!
