We were a group of 7 people (two families from Australia) meeting in LA before flying home. We hadn’t booked anything due to the fires and not being sure what we could and couldn’t do. From the moment we reached out to Simone - she was incredibly accomodating for us. She was booked out herself but introduced us to Cathy who also works with her. Within 15 minutes we had Cathy booked, a draft itinerary to consider (which was completely flexible but we had no idea exactly what we wanted so was a great starting point) and all on the next day. On the day - we made changes but Cathy was so accommodating and offered great suggestions. She dropped us off and then picked us up. Everything was easy to access and nothing was too hard. We wanted extra time at Rodeo Drive - Cathy didn’t bat an eyelid. Great day and some hidden spots we didn’t even know about. To top day off - Cathy even dropped half the group off at Crypto Arena to attend the basketball and took the rest back to our hotel - brilliant customer service. For people with groups of 7 or under - highly recommend Simone and Cathy. They look after you, communicate well and are so flexible and accommodating!! Great job - all of had a fabulous day.
