This is the second tour I have done in LA. We did this one because it had different stops. It was not as enjoyable as the first by a mile. Our tour guide was flying down the road and we were bouncing out of our seats. I spilled a drink on myself when we hit hard after bouncing. One of the complementary waters we were given from the cooler was open and had a drink taken out of it. A guest probably left it from a previous tour and they put it back without checking if it was open. The tour itself was weird. The guide was showing us municipal buildings, graffiti, and even stopped to point out a Bank of America branch. He asked if we wanted to take a picture. He told us "good, smart people come back on time" from our stops. He was very short with people on the tour even telling one guest to "let me finish" when she tried to ask him a question. He was sometime to understand on the microphone and other times he repeated things 3 or 4 times. We drove by City Hall in Beverly Hills twice, both times he told us Beverly Hills Cop was filmed there in 1984. Several stops were cut short, like Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. I don't know if he was a regular tour guide or not, but it sure didn't seem like it. When we came back early from Rodeo drive, he chased us off the bus and told us to go to the bathroom, we had 10 more minutes. He was talking on the phone and seemed irritated that we were there.
Great tour our driver and tour guide able was the best if I do the again I will definitely ask for him
Great introduction to LA. Our guide Shawn was knowledgeable and a great driver. We enjoyed just relaxing and taking in the sites from the comfortable van.
Nice experience …would able to cover more iconic places in less time
Great tour experience! Family of 3 and wanted to see as much as possible of LA. He shared historical information for each stop. The tour is long and some stops are not long enough but we hit a lot of the tourists spots. We did stop at the Famer’s Market for a one hour lunch break. Shawn did an outstanding job!
The coach was nice. That's about it. The tour guide had a heavy accent and was extremely difficult to understand. He had a microphone he used and failed to turn off so we had to listen to him breathe the entire trip. His driving was horrible. Running red lights, not slowing down before speed bumps and pulsating speed. We got off the tour early and took a lyft back to LA from Santa Monica because it was making us car sick to be on the bus any longer. The tour was too long.
It was excellent. I feel like we saw a little bit of everything and our driver was extremely knowledgeable. It was fantastic.
I enjoyed the way we were given enough time to really appreciate all the different stops we made, and we visited all the locations that were advertised and then some. The background history that Sean provided was just the right amount. The lunch at the Farmer’s Market was great! There were so many choices! It was a full day that I felt was very well spent. I would like to do it again!
The tour guide made it very nice sightseeing and not having to worry about fighting traffic, directions, and parking places. Convenient and hassle-free.
The one-day VIP bus tour was well organized and enjoyable. The bus was comfortable, clean, and spacious, making the journey pleasant. Shawn was friendly and informative, and the itinerary covered the key attractions efficiently. Everything ran on time, and the overall service met my expectations. I had a great experience and would recommend this tour to others looking for a convenient day trip. Rating: 5/5
