- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Local government regulations require that all tour participants possess travel insurance. Local operator will provide this ,but requires the following information for each participant.
- Passport name,gender, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants.
- Reminder: Bring cash, comfortable walking shoes, and light jacket.
- We recommend travelers in Taipei to bring an umbrella or raincoat, as the weather can be unpredictable.
- One luggage for one traveler. Please don't bring oversize luggage.
- Please note that tour itineraries may vary due to weather conditions and traffic, ensuring your safety and enjoyment.
- Jiufen Old Street: A fun maze for the adventurous, but a stair workout for others. Not a fan of stairs? No worries—we’ve got plenty of other great tours without the climb!
- We offer pickup and drop-off service at your desired location ONLY within Taipei City. Please provide us your hotel name and address.
- Starting January 1, 2025, Jiufen will enforce holiday traffic controls (8 AM–8 PM). Tour buses and private cars must park in designated lots, with visitors taking shuttle buses to Jiufen Old Street.
- A moderate amount of walking is involved.

Jennifer was an amazing tour guide and photographer. She was incredibly patient and understanding with our 8-year-old, who kept complaining about the heat and the short hikes, yet she still found kind and encouraging ways to motivate him to keep going. Wilson was wonderful. He picked us up from our hotel and provided water for the day. The car was very nice, clean and spacious, which made our full day trip very comfortable. Wilson was very informative and spoke perfect English. He knew all the photo spots and offered to be our photographer for the day. It was an added bonus for Wilson to take our pictures and sent us a link to the photos and he even made video for us. Highly recommend this tour with Wilson.

We had a wonderful day with Jennifer Yang, our local guide and driver. She made our tour in Jiufen and Shifen educational and at the same time fun with her knowledge of places we went. She also made us safe with her excellent driving skills. She gave us options to choose which way we should go since we don’t have the energy to go up and down all the stairs in Jiufen and Shifen, but still have the opportunity to enjoy the scenery and arrive at the points of interests. We had fun writing our wishes and flying our own lantern in Shifen. Taiwan is such a beautiful country and we have to come back to see the countryside. I highly recommend to take this tour and if possible request Jennifer Yang as your guide.

The tour guide was excellent and my family and I learnt a lot of new things and tried a lot of exciting things. The price was also fairly cheap for the whole day. Since we went earlier into the day there wasnt a lot of crowd and it was quite peaceful. It did rain very lightly so bring umbrellas！The thing I liked the best was trying the tea and dried strawberry samples.
