This is a terrible tour. The cost is outrageous for this 2 hr tour. First this is not the fault of our guide. She was wonderful and did what she was told to do. The tour is just a walk about through a large city, with zero stops in parks, gardens, historical monuments, coffee shops, ect.. The drop off point is NOT the starting point as advertised. It is a few miles away and we had to take a tram back which was also a disaster as we had no ticket and it would only take 1 charge card per person, my wife had no card. The guide had no idea she was to take us back but she did when I showed her the print out. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS TOUR. IT IS TERRIBLY OVERPRICED.

Our guide was instructed very well on what to do during the tour and where to end the tour. The tour is entirely walking, and it is not ideally that you opt to take the tram.
