When you are in the neighberhood of Parma and you like delicacy, this tour is a must. We visted 3 sites and booked the optional afternoon trip to a Aceto Balsamico producer. We both enjoyed evrything and had a wonderful lunch with Proscuitto thanks to our great guide Elisa.

The food tour was excellent! The guide, Elisa, helped us to discover the secrets behind famous foods of the region. It’s obvious she is really passionate about the subject and it’s easy to share the passion with her. How could you not - delicious parmiggiano reggiano, striking parma ham, and for the conclusion: black gold in form of traditional balsamic vinegar. Highly recommended for all food enthusiasts!

We had booked the self-driving tour to a cheese factory, a ham factory and then to a balsamic manufacturer. The tour was great, all three stations were very interesting, there was the opportunity to taste the products after each station, very delicious!!! The tour is conducted in small groups (we were only two people that day + guide) Absolutely recommendable.
