Thingvellir National Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will get to stroll around the country’s most sacred site, home of the oldest existing parliament in the world, the Althingi which was founded the year 930, and major events in Icelandic history.
Iceland‘s most iconic waterfalls, Gullfoss, created where the Hvita river, which is fed by Iceland’s second largest glacier, Langjokull glacier, plunges into 32 meters (105 feet) deep crevice, where you can see walls up to 70 meters (225 feet) At Gullfoss waterfall you will get to enjoy beautiful raw and untouched nature. We recommend having lunch at the restaurant located at Gullfoss, Gullfoss cafe.
This is a geothermally active valley where the hot spring Geysir and it´s little brother Strokkur are located . It’s a quite magnificent spectacle standing close to the Strokkur, watching it bursting up in the air every 5-10 minutes.
Optional: Kerið is a volcanic crater lake in the Grímsnes area of South Iceland. A truly beautiful sight

This was a wonderful tour. Jon, my guide, was so friendly and knowledgeable. The advantage of a private tour is that you can keep the pace exactly as you like. The sights we saw were amazing. I would highly recommend this one f you are looking for a private Golden Circle tour.

We had an absolutely wonderful day on the Golden Circle Tour with Stephan. He was punctual, and shared his knowledge of Iceland, it’s history and geographical information. Best of all, his recommendations for food were SPOT on! Ask for Stephan, he will not disappoint. The Mercedes van was very comfortable and roomy for our party too.

Fantastic tour through the beauties of Iceland. Great guide. Took us to a fantastic Tomato farm where we ate the very best tomato soup.
Expect your guide to be very knowledgeable in the human and natural history of the region, and to be extremely professional and courteous. The tour was well-paced in terms of when the stops occurred, availability of meals, snacks, etc., and had something for everyone.
DJ was the best tour guide/driver ever! My 12yo daughter woke up with a headache and was afraid to get a migraine while away. He reversed the itinerary so we could do the farthest sites first and get closer to the hotel as we went in case she needed to go back. He was super attentive and checked in with her often. Luckily she made it through the whole fantastic tour! We saw many cool sites. Iceland is so beautiful!
