Matt was awesome. Engaging, knowledgable, and entertaining. And very good at remembering who we were and herding the cats
Very informative and the views were exceptional. Our tour guide, Greg, was super knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.
Thank you so much for joining, we're glad you enjoyed the views!
It was a very enjoyable tour with lots to see and do. The driver did a great job so we could take our time to see the museum and observatory. Gregory's guide was unique and very helpful to me.
We're happy to hear you enjoyed your time. Thanks for taking the time to shout out Gregory!
Gregory was an amazing host who was very knowledgeable about LA and it's history. He was very energetic and made the trip fun!
Our guide Gregory was good, but the overall planning felt very disorganized. The guide and the bus driver couldn't decide if they were working together. While the driver was fine, they didn't communicate very well after. When I emailed the tour company, I asked if there was a good place to park near the meeting place, and I got an email two hours before the meeting time telling me to use "Spot Hero". Not a good experience. Otherwise, good content, well spaced out. Wish there was a better stop-over somewhere for lunch.
Gregory made our day, thank you We had lovely time and our tour was so much fun ☺️ I m actually not big fun of guided tours but this one was really worths it and we had the best time 👍☺️
We enjoyed our tour with guide Gregory. We learned so much history and interesting information throughout the 6-hour tour. Made our trip to LA very memorable.
It's a great tour for visitors and locals that don't want to drive all over twin. Brian our guide was fabulous!
Our tour guide was Gregory and he was pretty fun. The bus that we rode on was good. The only reason I am giving this review an average rating is that we should have stayed at the Griffith Observatory for at least 2 hours. We only stayed for one hour which wasn't enough time to watch the planetarium show. You might want to consider extending the time there. I would also recommend finding a spot closer to the Hollywood sign for better photo opportunities. Overall, good.
Thank you for reaching out. We’re glad you enjoyed our tour guide, Gregory! We appreciate your feedback and constructive criticism. We are constantly striving to improve our performance . If you would like to continue this conversation please email us at info@exp1.com.
I thought the tour guide was very good. I believe his name was Gregory. He was entertaining and made a point of chatting with each person on the tour. When we were driving through Hollywood he was very knowledgable about the area & pointed out many interesting places. He also made sure everyone knew where to meet up again when visiting the Gerry Centre and Griffith Observatory. Very unfortunate that the traffic leading up to the Observatory was bumper to bumper so our time there was very limited as I found it very interesting and would love to have spent more time there.
