Itinerary
A safe and comfortable drive to the Swiss Alps passing by beautiful countryside, including amazing views of the Swiss Riviera. Arrive at the Glacier 3000 cable car station (1,500 meters) and ascend to an altitude of 3000 meters by cable car in 15 minutes. Enjoy the breathtaking panorama of several mountain peaks. Walk through the only suspension bridge in the world (100 meters long), touch, play and slide on the snow, even experience an Alpine roller-coaster ride! There is a restaurant next to the cable car station, serving traditional Swiss dishes, which I highly recommend for lunch. Glacier 3000 is a must attraction if you are visiting this part of Switzerland, and a trip of a lifetime! The six hours allocated in this section for the Glacier 3000 includes the round-trip journey by car and some time for lunch at the traditional Swiss restaurant located nearby. The drive from Geneva to Les Diablerets for the Glacier 3000 experience takes around an hour and twenty minutes.
We visit this beautiful Alpine winter and summer resort, nicknamed "The Oxygen of the Alps". This is an Alpine village with a local flair. Enjoy breathtaking views of the valley and the high mountains. Includes an orientation tour and a stop for a traditional lunch at a traditional restaurant or picnic surrounded by nature.
View this beautiful medieval castle, which is on our way to Glacier 3000.

It was not our first visit to Switzerland, this country holds special place in our hearts and to trust someone to be our guide was a challenge . We picked Nickolas ! Just by intuition . We were greeted so warmly by him, Nickolas made EVERYTHING possible for us to feel at home and welcome, from little snack , umbrellas, refreshments , spare of warm clothes ( one of the trip was to Glacier ) to inspiring and informative conversations that flowed and made our exertions unforgettable experience. He always made sure to squeeze much more into trip that was promised and we saw and experienced something that we would never without him . He knows and feels what needed by his clients, their interest and feeling, their activity lever and craving for knowledge. We feel that our trip was amazing and unique just because of Nickolas! We gained a friend not just a guide, we promised to see each other again and we will make sure to keep our promises!
Nicholas was our tour guide and he made the tour an incredible experience. Beside visiting the glacier he took us to a delicious restaurant in a quaint little town near the glacier, he also took us to see the castle with its lake view in Montreaux, also took us to the Queen's museum and the UN where he explained everything that happens there and the meaning of the broken chair. All in all it was an amazing experience.
Our private driver and tour guide, Nicholas is amazing. He is passionate about being a tour guide, patient, polite, courteous, safe and comfortable driver, and flexible with the tour and was ready to adjust both the timings and location we visited. We went to Glacier 3000 and Montreux Castle. Both great locations and well worth the visit. Thank you Nick for making our visit to Geneva memorable. Jo, Firoz and Riana.
