According to another flight review in the same area of Cerdanya. Total disappointment. I had already flown with another company in Empordá and it was fantastic. I wanted to fly in the Cerdanya but I chose a bad day, November 11, 2023. He admitted that a car had broken down and they arrived overwhelmed. The balloon did not move from the airfield area while several more balloons from other companies moved in various directions throughout the valley. Reason ?. I don’t know but the impression I got was that he didn’t feel like it so he could get back to the Igualada base as soon as possible. A disappointment. And the reserves also a disaster. They tell you they book your day and then they don't warn you. When you call, they tell you it's complete. I will not fly with this company anymore and I do not recommend it.
Lamentamos que la experiencia no haya cumplido sus expectativas. El vuelo en globo depende totalmente de las condiciones meteorológicas del día, especialmente del viento en altura, que es el que determina la dirección y el recorrido del vuelo. En algunas ocasiones el desplazamiento puede ser menor o mantenerse en una zona concreta, algo que forma parte de la propia naturaleza del vuelo libre en globo y que el piloto decide siempre pensando en la seguridad y en la logística del aterrizaje. En relación con la incidencia que menciona con uno de los vehículos del equipo, en ocasiones pueden surgir imprevistos operativos, aunque nuestro equipo trabaja siempre para que la actividad se desarrolle con normalidad y seguridad. Respecto al sistema de reservas, sentimos si la comunicación no fue todo lo clara que debería. En determinadas fechas, especialmente en zonas con alta demanda como la Cerdanya, las plazas pueden completarse rápidamente y entendemos que esto pueda generar confusión si no se confirma la disponibilidad a tiempo. Agradecemos sinceramente sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando nuestro servicio.
This was a fantastic flight. We had planned to renew our wedding vows while in Barcelona we found the perfect spot 1000m in the air!

Let's start with: The balloon ride itself was great! Well organized and it is great that the company also offers rides for wheelchair users. Nevertheless, we feel ripped off by camins de vent for the following reason: originally we booked a ride between Christmas and New Year's Eve. During this time there is a holiday surcharge and therefore the journey costs 330 € per person. Due to Covid-19 we had to cancel our holiday in Spain. In order to do the company some good in this tough time, we did not cancel the ride completely, but only wanted a voucher for the deposit. We booked for September during the week, when the trip costs 270 € per person. After (!) the trip we were informed that we have to pay 330 € per person. So we were still charged the holiday surcharge, even though we did not drive during this time! Say: Had we completely cancelled and rebooked everything at that time, we would have saved 60 € per person (!)! Customer service definitely looks different!! Conclusion: We definitely want to go ballooning again, but NOT with camins de vent anymore!

Great experience for both the human quality of the pilot and the support staff. Very quiet, pleasant trip and spectacular views. When choosing the exclusive flight I took the opportunity to ask my partner to marry me, in which all the members of the team turned to make this experience an unforgettable experience. Not only the flight was a great experience but also the team that organized everything were very nice and fun too. I would totally recoment it to anyone that is thinking of doing it. As a team we had a lot of fun.
