Our driver Jan was punctual, very polite and helpful, and a very attentive safe driver. He picked us up at the end of our Viking Voyage Budapest to Passau. We arrived at Munich airport in plenty of time to check our bags and get through security, plus time to relax before making the flight to Bremen to visit old friends. The Viator office had monitored arrangements nicely, to keep us reassured. We highly recommend Viator, who had been booked by our agent.
