Our driver picked us up at the hotel and handled the luggage. The ride to the train station was perfect.
We had a timely pickup and drop off. We were very pleased since we had an early departure for the train for our day in Venice. There were no mishaps. I definitely would use this company again. We actually used the 4 times for Flight & Train pickups.

<p>Driver was early and very courteous. The price advertised for this tour is 10 but for my wife and I we were charged 57.</p>

<p>Our driver was so nice and helpful. He took us and our bags inside and showed us how to find our train, where to get coffee and assisted my elderly mother the entire time. He could not have been nicer!</p>
