Itinerary
You will sail next to Ile Saint-Louis. In the heart of the Seine, its cobbled streets, mansions and romantic quays invite you to stroll.
You will sail under the Pont Neuf which despite its name is the oldest bridge in Paris, connecting the two banks of the Seine.
You will sail past the Institut de France in front of the Bridge of Arts. With its imposing dome, the Institut de France is located at the foot of the Passerelle des Arts, once famous for its padlocks of love hung by couples from all over the world.
You will sail past the Louvre Museum. One of the most visited museums in the world with 35,000 works including the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo, the Louvre is a treasure trove of history and art, housed in the former royal palace. Its classical facade runs along the Seine, while the Glass Pyramid contrasts with its ancient architecture. This unique place invites you to travel through ancient civilizations.
You will sail past the Musée d'Orsay. Housed in a former railway station, this unique setting is dedicated to 19th century art. Its two clocks offer a bath of light in the heart of the station. Between Monet, Van Gogh and the elegance of its architecture, every detail amazes.
You will sail under the Alexander III bridge. Symbol of elegance, it connects the Champs-Elysées and the Invalides. Adorned with statues, gilded lampposts and magnificent arches, it qualifies as a true architectural masterpiece.
U-turn at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, an icon of Paris, which dominates the city from its height of 330 meters. Its elegant and imposing iron architecture embodies French charm and innovation. Built especially for the Paris World's Fair in 1889, it is now the symbol of the capital.
You will sail at the foot of Notre-Dame, a Gothic masterpiece and one of the most famous cathedrals in the world. Begun in the 12th century and completed in the 14th, its detailed sculptures, colorful stained glass windows and imposing towers testify to the evolution of Paris through the ages.

We are an inter-generational group of friends, back in Paris after a trip together 15 years ago. We wanted to do things we had not done before and that included a cruise on the Seine. An article in the NYT by Lindsey Tramuta pointed us to Green River Cruises and we booked a private cruise on a pontoon boat to the Eiffel Tower and back. It was great fun. Lots of sites to see from a different vantage point on the way out, and on the way back we hooked up the playlist to the boat’s speakers and enjoyed the evening.
Thank you for choosing to create new memories with us after 15 years! Seeing Paris from the Seine, sharing music, and enjoying the evening together is exactly the kind of experience we hope to create. We’d be delighted to welcome your group back for another adventure on the river!
We loved this experience. Captains were great. We brought our own food, drink and music. Would highly recommend to see Paris by river with this company.
Thank you for your lovely review Anne! That's exactly the experience we love to share. We hope to welcome you back on board soon!
Jeff was polite, hospitable, knowledgeable, and engaging. For the various generations of family that was on the boat he maintained a great level of being host and guide. Jeff was quiet and reserved as well. This allowed for our family connection to take place. It is with great joy that we recommend that others are reserve this tremendous experience. Great work, Jeff.
Thank you for taking the time to write this. It sounds like Jeff struck exactly the right balance, and that's something we really value. We're so glad your family enjoyed the experience, and we'll happily pass on your kind words to him. Hope to see you soon on board!
Our captain Etienne was very informative and courteous. It was a pleasant ride vs. the larger river boats we have taken in past. Only issues were the Bluetooth audio system volume was weak and couldn’t be regulated, and the pickup/dropoff location was a bit remote.
Thank you for your feedback Eli! We’re glad you enjoyed the ride with Captain Étienne. We also appreciate your note regarding the audio system and the pickup location, your comments help us improve. We hope to welcome you again for another cruise in Paris!
Excellent description of the experience! Lasted 1.5 hr & meeting point was clearly described. Had an excellent captain named Thomas.
Thank you for your kind feedback Linda! We’re glad you enjoyed your time on board with Captain Thomas. Hope to see you again in Paris!
Don’t hesitate, just book it. Once in a lifetime trip.
That’s exactly the kind of experience we aim for! Thank you for the amazing feedback Danielle, we’re thrilled you enjoyed it!
This was the best thing we did in Paris! It was perfect for my sisters hen do. A gorgeous private boat, with plenty of space and shade if needed, fantastic sights and the perfect way to enjoy the mid May sun. Sebastian was so accommodating of us arriving at the wrong pick up point, and picked us up from where we were and didn’t dock any time. Will always look to book this when I’m in Paris now.
A hen do on the Seine sounds like a pretty perfect Paris memory! We’re really happy you enjoyed the experience overall. Sebastian will be glad to know he could sort everything out smoothly for you. Thank you for sharing this lovely review, we’d love to welcome you again in Paris!
We had an amazing boat trip with Green River Cruises along the Seine. The luxury boat was excellent, and enjoying views of the Eiffel Tower whilst drinking champagne made the experience even more special. A stunning way for a group of nine friends to celebrate a birthday! Captain César was fantastic — professional, friendly, and made the trip unforgettable. Communication with the company was brilliant from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend this experience to anyone visiting Paris!
