You'll be able to discover Cozumel at your own pace and it's completely customizable. Enjoy the flexibility as you customize your itinerary with your private guide. You can drive or relax while your private guide takes the wheel. Includes: El Mirador, lunch, cooler with beer/water, beach club access, snorkeling, chocolate tour, tequila tour and seminar, Playa San Martin, Sky Reef and much more. Warning: Adults 18 and older can only drink the free beer included. Note: Entrance to the Jade Cenote and the magical town of Cedral are not included. Passengers must pay a balance of $20 per person at the start of the excursion to purchase the corresponding bracelet.

- The excursion start time is based on local time. We allow a 25-minute grace period for passengers. If they do not arrive at the assigned meeting points within this time, the reservation will be marked as a “no show,” and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Please note that the cenote and El Cedral village are not owned or managed by our company. They are part of an ejido park administered by the local authorities, who are fully responsible for its cleaning, maintenance, and overall upkeep. Our company only provides the tour service and pays the required fees to operate at this location.

Not worth the price. Dont get to do half of what is offered. We didnt even get to enjoy a beach or snorkeling. Did sooooo much driving

The first part was good, but the police stopped us at a traffic stop. Our driver was asked to step out of the car. They talked to him for about 20 minutes and then arrested him. We stayed in the car for another 20/30 minutes without air conditioning. We finally flagged down an officer. He started the car to give us some cool air. When we asked what was going on we were told another person from the tour company was coming to take over. When this person arrived we asked to be taken back to the boat. We saw no reason to take any chances. We do not have any idea what happened to the first driver we liked him. We were pleased with the other two tours in the first two cities were great! And will recommend them, we wish to be refunded 100% on this last tour. Thanks
We are sorry to hear this. The guide was not arrested as indicated in your comment is a police procedure that is done in Cozumel and is done to all tour operators, the reason they stopped the vehicle is because the guide was driving because because it is an excursion they are the passengers who must drive the vehicle the tour at the end ended without inconvenience and we have photos where they are in the beach club eating. We regret this happening are the laws of our country and we have to comply with it and that procedure gets out of hand.

It sucked. Absolutely the worse excursion ever. You will be receiving a letter from me, requesting a reimbursement.
How bad to hear that!!!. 1) We were waiting for you for more than an hour when your excursion was at 9 a.m. you arrived at almost 11 a.m. 2) They bought an all-terrain jeep excursion to a cave where you arrive by a bumpy road they should read a little bit the tour description to know the tour they are buying. We regret hearing even though we had to wait for you from the first moment it was noticeable that you did not want to do the excursion and yet our guide made every effort to please you.
Golfredo was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw the ruins, snorkeled, had lunch and learned a lot of history about the Mayans and the Island.
