This optional hike to the waterfall is a great way to cool off. After a one hour beautiful and serene trek through the jungle, we will arrive at the falls. Take an hour for a dip to relax and immerse yourself in nature. We hike back and continue the day

Turtles Turtles Turtles. This beach is famous for having resting turtles on it. If we are lucky we will get to see them!

Scenic stop off at chinamans hat for some drone video/photo if you so choose. We can also pick up some snacks along the way to eat while here

I highly recommend booking!! We had the best day, and Jacob made sure we did everything we wanted to! He had great recommendations for places to go and so much info about the islands. My only regret was not booking him as a travel agent to plan our entire trip!! 10000/10!
Jacob was an amazing guide. He was incredibly easy to meet and to accommodate our schedule. He was very flexible and made recommendations all along the way. He tailored it exactly to what we wanted. He was incredibly down to earth. What an awesome experience!
They failed to show up at the hotel. Multiple calls, but only was able to leave a message. Multiple texts and they never responded.

Great experience. Our guide Kai was amazing and knowledgeable. He was experienced and knew a lot of cool places and told Us very interesting stories about the places we went.
We started our tour with a hike to watch the sunrise, and from there Giovana took us around to everything we wanted to see and then some! She was a great tour guide, giving us a lot of historical context while also pointing out some good local places to stop for food. We had a fantastic day with her and would strongly recommend this tour for a more private and personalized experience.

its like touring with an old friend you run into during your trip. we had Kai as our tour guide, he was knowledgeable on both the history and geography of the island and led us to beautiful but less crowded beaches and hikes. we also appreciate the flexibility of time and not rushed itinerary.
The guide was a no-show, Now the owner is saying he offered a free schedule along with a full refund- That's a lie. I was refunded, but never provided a free reschedule.

I should have paid more attention when the tour coordinator offered an upgrade if Canceled with viator and booked direct. A red flag that they were shady and unreliable. Our big day we had planned beginning with Sunrise at one of the beaches on the Eastern Shore never got further than the valet parking area of our hotel because of a no show. Don't waste time with these guys.
You guys requested a private top and doors off jeep tour when you booked our cheapest option. Expectations are a funny thing. You didn’t book our jeep excursion yet you expected our most expensive option. I said we could give you the jeep if you wanted to book directly with us instead. Like I responded to your other 1 star review, the guide has since been fired because of that mistake. You also didn’t accept the free rescheduled tour along with a 100% refund. Also not sure how you guys were able to leave two reviews from one single booking but if hurting our family business means that much to you, so be it. God bless you guys.
