Pickup Locations & Times
We meet all of our guests next to the cruise terminals, pick up from hotel and ferry. We provide transportation within Cozumel. Please be aware that you may be coming from a different time zone. Cozumel does not follow day light savings so half the year we are on EST and the other half is CST. So March-November (spring & summer) Cozumel is CST and November-March (fall & winter) is EST. The cruise ships should be using our local time for the time of arrival to the island. You may also see your cruise ships time of arrival using our cruise ship schedule, and the link is provided below Your cruise ship itinerary is based on our local time. For example, if your cruise ship says it will be docking in Cozumel at 8AM, that is local time, and if your meeting time is 8:30AM local time, you will have 30 minutes to get to your meeting point. All meeting points are very close and within walking distance of the cruise pier area.

It was a long but great day. The tour guide told us that it was our day so when some locations took longer, he was patient with us. But that meant we didn’t get to everything. The Jade Cenote is green due to of lack of water flow. So I was not inclined to jump once we got there.
We had such a great time enjoying all the things Cozumel offered! We rode around in the cutest pink buggy!
The car was a little hard to get in and out of, I'm just not that flexible anymore. We had a great time and learned alot too.
Arturo was great! Day was fun, lots of good adventures. Lunch was delicious!! Thank you for a great day!!
My spouse and I had the chance to live this experience with Felipe our private guide. We really didn’t expect this, it was amazing! He quickly put us in confidence and made us live an exceptional day. He brought us to lots of wonderful places, sometimes to places a little more intimate and less known to tourists. It was amazing, and in addition they gave us dozens of photos he took of us during the day! He taught us a lot about Mexican culture and Mayans. And left us alone also at times so that we could be alone and enjoy the moment together. We will definitely return to Cozumel to see Felipe again soon!
I had an incredible experience on this tour! Our guide, David, was so enthusiastic, kind, and knowledgeable, we learned so much and had a great time. Snorkeling was our favorite part, and we would 100% do this tour again if we return to Cozumel in the future.
I was hesitant to book this tour based on the other reviews, but I’m certainly glad that I did not pass on this one. Branden was the most amazing tour guide. My daughter said having him as our tour guide felt like we were with an old family friend that was taking us around Cozumel. We started with some shopping for my daughters, and Branden took our packages and made sure they were safely stored until the end of the tour. The tequila, chocolate, and honey tour was very educational and all the items offered were so good. Do not pass on the tequila, it was the best we had ever had, and again Branden made sure all our purchases were safely stored while we completed the rest of the tour. Lunch was better than any of the lunches they served us on the cruise ship. A storm blew in while we were on this tour, and it honestly made the ATV ride so much more fun. I will say the snorkeling was our least favorite part. My daughters said they would have passed on this and shopped more. This was no fault of the tour guide or company, we just didn’t see much. However, that is the best part of this tour, you can tell the guide your preferences and they will adjust this tour so you get to see and do whatever you want. If I returned to Cozumel I would hands down pick this tour again and I would specifically request Branden to be our guide.
Our tour guide David was fantastic! He was very thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable and friendly. He took us to all the spots we wanted to go and had us back to the ship on time. Tour was packed with adventure and fun for the whole family. I would definitely recommend this excursion.
Unique authentic tour of Cozumel. Loved the availability to pick between options! Hugo, our guide was fantastic!
We had an excellent time on our trip. Oscar went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. That being said, I had to call the tour company when we got off the ship, because we were not given an exact addressee as to where we were going to meet our tour guide, also, they did not have enough ATV's for our group, which we reserved months in advance, so we had to double up so that another family got some and I feel that the ATV ride was to short and I did not except most of the ride through a neighborhood and on streets.
