Very nice tour with a nice guide! We enjoyed the nature and the city of Bruges and Damme! Choice of normal or electric bikes.

Already unhappy about poor communication with Crusade and Trip advisors systems. We waited for 20 minutes for our guide to arrive, having walked for 25 minutes to get to the meet point, when we received a text message to say that the tour was canceled due to illness. Poor communication and customer service.
Hi Kate, sorry to hear your disappointment concerning this cancellation. Although we've sent you a message the day before the tour the message apparently didn't arrive. As a service and solution we gave you an alternative to have a tour on that day anyway. We will take more into account that a message is received well. Xavier Meurisse was an excellent guide. What a wonderful city it is which Xavier knows so well.
