This was our third time using Hawai’i Ocean Tours for a private outing. We love these guys! We saw dolphin, turtles, and even a shark! Hailey, the first mate, even found an octopus! The best experience every time, and a highlight to our trip.
Our family group of 31 had a wonderful time with Captain Carlos, Erika and sorry, forgot the 2nd gal’s name. We went to a great snorkeling spot with lots of fish and turtles and many of us loved jumping off the upper level of the boat into the ocean. Everyone enjoyed our time on the boat and with the staff who were friendly and knowledgeable.
Fantastic crew! Super friendly and interactive. Great suggestions what to do. We all saw lots of turtles! They feed the fish to draw them in, definitely worked! Thanks team! Crew is interactive and very helpful with beginners!
Captain & Crew were absolutely amazing! Shiny new boat, all top notch gear for snorkeling, Captain explained so much, was so easy to talk with, had a cooler of local drinks, Saw Whales, Million Fish, Sea Turtles, Pod of Dolphins Everyone in our group from 8-65yr all loved the trip!
Francesco and crew were amazing and even if the weather wasn't great they made sure the snorkeling tour was enjoyable for everyone. Very kind crew and attentive to any detail. My tour was initially cancelled because of weather conditions but Francesco was very communicative and made sure he suggested best times for rebooking. I would definitely rebook with them next time.
I hosted my son’s birthday party on the big kahuna this weekend and it was a total hit! The service was 10/10 and the views were unreal. The crew went above and beyond to make our guests feel comfortable in and out of the water… they even helped us with our decorations! The kids loved it and the parents weren’t ready to go home. A 3 hr private charter is perfect for a party. Book it!
