This tour was incredible. Ferric was an amazing guide. He was considerate and a great boat driver with lots of fun information about the area and the bioluminescent plankton. I’d been on two similar tours before and he was way more informative. Also the private boat ride was so fun and a great bonding activity for our family. Good turns and hothouse stars were wonderful! Only two suggestions—the confirmation could have been more clear about meeting location. There wasn’t a way to contact the tour company with questions. Not their fault, but the mosquitos on this dock were absolutely ferocious and that took away from the start of our tour as we were all attacked while waiting for our boat. Would’ve been good to know that was an issue when we chose that pickup. Otherwise we had a great time and Ferric even called us a taxi when we arrived back at the dock. Thanks guys!
Great captain, knowledgeable and helpful on the entire adventure would recommend to anyone wanting to check out this natural marvel.
It was great but I didn’t realize we needed to bring towels. The tour guide was knowledgeable and nice.
shane and autumn were awesome! we learned so much about the island and bioluminescent! it was a moment we wont forget!
Cody and Farret did an amazing job getting where we needed to go and they were very knowledgeable and informative. We all had a blast!
We had a last minute booking due to the windy weather and Cody was very accommodating and responsive. Brayden was our tour guy and he was very knowledgeable and friendly, the bioluminescent ocean was amazing and he even took some videos for us. It was a great experience for us!
We were so excited to have the chance to take a tour of Bio Bay on our spring break trip to GC and it did not disappoint. It was a highlight of the trip!
The bioluminescence tour was fantastic! We are a family of five and enjoyed every moment. We did the 3 hour private tour that included starfish point, stingrays, dinner stop, and the bioluminescence. It is not to be missed. James was an amazing guide!
Cody is great to work with, beautiful boat was clean and spacious. We started our tour as the sun was setting which made the experience even better. We went as a family and we will be talking about the experience for years. Highly recommend the outing in bio bay and book with Cody, you can not go wrong.
This exceeded expectations! The boat was immaculate and the crew were very nice. I was amazed at how well we saw the bioluminescence given we went on a full moon. Our snorkeling was roughly an hour after sunset. I can’t imagine going at the 5:00 like some boats - I suspect it wouldn’t it wouldn’t have been dark enough. For the price difference I would do a private boat for 5 people again. The smaller group meant less time getting people into and out of the water, so more time snorkeling! We had been warned to wear rash guard shirts bc of jellyfish and irritating algae? We didn’t have any problems on exposed body parts
