Itinerary
This tour includes pick up and drop off from your hotel or your cruise port in and around Ocho Rios. Itinerary Pickup time for example: 9am First we will stop at Bamboo Rafting which is it about 20 minutes drive from the port or hotel. Enjoy a 60 minutes riding experience on a hand-made bamboo raft and enjoy the sun as you sail on the crystal clear waters. Learn about the nature of the area from your knowledgeable and experienced guide
10:20 am Next Your driver/guide will take you for a 30 minutes ride down toward the coast to begin your horseback riding in the ocean with your well trained guides. Ride horses on the beach and enjoy splashing in the water with them. This tour lasts for about 45 minutes. 11:30am After you are finished, your driver/guide will then take you back to your cruise ship. However, you also have the option to stop for souvenirs shopping and lunch.

Ocho Rios Cruise Ship terminal pickup information. Once you get off the ship, go to the Visitor Information desk or the PORT AUTHORITY, inform them that you have an independent private tour with Quest Transfers and Tour. They will contact the driver from Quest Transfers and Tours so that he can gain access to the port to pick you up. 2. Ocho Rios Hotel, Villa or AIRBNB Pickup. Pickup Instructions: Your driver will meet you at the Hotel lobby or place of stay.

My mum and I visited Jamaica for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We booked horse riding and bamboo rafting excursion. Was super fun and Dalton really took care of us. He was polite, professional and patient. Would highly recommend Dalton and his tours

We had an incredible time with Quest!! The communication with Dalton was great. He was able to accommodate us even when our cruise was delayed and always responded back promptly. A HUGE shoutout to Albert, our driver! He made sure we had the best time visiting Jamaica! When we were driving between sites, he gave us the history of Jamaica and tons of fun facts. He allowed us to stop at stores on the way back and ensured everything was perfect! Typically, I would book through the cruise ship company but am so glad I booked with Quest. They made this experience personal and private. We had a great time at the excursions and can’t wait to come back!

Dalton and his team made our day just perfect! Everything went smooth and safe! We came 1 hour early on the port and Dalton was already there, waiting for us and it wasn’t a problem to start the adventure right away! First we went on the Horseback Riding and the guys who were maintaining the horses were extra gentle and friendly. They made pictures of us in the sea and it was wonderful! After that we went to the Bamboo Rafting and it was beautiful. Andre our guide and captain was super friendly and made sure we are in a great mood! After that Dalton drove us to take some souvenirs and at last we got some Jamaican traditional food in a restaurant, which was delicious! All the way Quest Transfers and Tours were with us and provided an excellent service! I will definitely purchase their services again when I return to Jamaica! Thank you guys!

The two experiences are only 30 minutes long each. I participated in other similar excursions which were more than an hour long eat. At the horse back riding Kevin immediately told us that our excursion would be cut short due to traffic ask for tips throughout the excursion. The bamboo part of the excursion was pleasant but we were on the bamboo raft for 20 minutes only. It's just wasn't worth the money

Quest Transfers and Tours (Dalton) was communicative from booking through the excursion's end. He made the entire trip worry-free, including helpful tips on navigating and avoiding local vendor interactions (based on previous customer experiences). He was very timely, friendly and informative about the island. Horseback on the beach was like out of a movie-- magical. Our guide Omar was pleasant and a great teacher on horse handling and the land itself (plants, etc). This was truly a private tour, just us, our horses Princess and Sheba and the beautiful beach. We rode on the beach for about 15 minutes then entered the water to make the trip back to the starting point. Along the way, Omar took a bunch of awesome pictures and videos with our phones, even stopping for some posed shots of us. These captured moments include spectacular views and the natural sounds of the ocean, making the experience one we can relive for years to come! From horseback riding to the bamboo experience was about a 10-minute drive. Bamboo rafting itself was beautiful and tranquil. Our only critique was the limestone massage option. Even though we expressed that we were not interested, our raft captain continued to pressure us and try to convince us otherwise. It took my husband having to express visible disagreement before he let it go. The trip itself was lovely (as advertised). Each captain decorates their raft to represent Jamaica, including music (Bob Marley of course!) and opportunities to have our pictures taken (with our phones) steering the raft and of us at the head of the raft. The trip stops at a small beach where there are a few vendors (which Dalton had prepared us for). They allowed us to enjoy the beach, take pictures and not bother us. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The trip back to the start point was just as relaxing. On the way back to the hotel, Dalton asked if we wanted to make any other stops for food, or shopping. We recommend Quest Transfers and Tours excursions!

Andre was a terrific guide for the raft experience and the music, beware of the drink prices however which were at little rediculous at the venue location

We had a great time at both the horse back riding and the bamboo rafting! It was so much fun riding the horses along the beach and then getting out in the water with them! The horses were very gentle and the guides were so much fun, joking, laughing, even taking our phones and taking videos and photos all along the way. The captain of our bamboo raft was also a lot of fun to be around. He danced, played music, and even let us venture out on the raft to take stand and take photos, even took some for us as well with our phones. But maybe the best part of the day was our driver, Kenneth! He informed us of different things along the way between sites, keep our valuables secure while we were engaged in the different activities, and then drove us to a great restaurant at our request where we could try jerk chicken, pork, and sausage. Then after leaving the restaurant, at our request, dropped us off at a shopping district near the ship where we could look through the shops before returning to the ship! I would highly recommend this excursion and if you are lucky enough to have Kenneth as your driver, you will have an awesome day!
