You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome / Information Center, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. If you did not connect with the driver, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arriving terminal and call extension#18 using one of the courtesy phones to connect directly with MySedan agent. Failure to undertake these steps may result in your transfer being canceled and refunds will not apply.

No good communication, no good attitude, no friendly but picked up on time. The price is good for private transportation to Manhattan from Brooklyn Port.
Even tho you give them your arrival time and flight number, It still took them 25 minutes to get to the airport. Don’t use them—just go outside and get Uber out taxi.
Make sure you confirm with operator. They never showed up for us claiming they had no reservation for us, when Viator contacted them it suddenly appeared and they agreed to pick us up but they still failed to pick us up. I cancelled it via aviator who were extremely helpful.
