They'll carry a name sign. • Your driver will wait at the airport for 60 minutes after the arrival time of your flight. • Please let us know your exact arrival time and flight number. We’ll track your flight status and wait for you if there are any delays. • Upon arrival, airport staff can offer to take your luggage in exchange for a tip - please note this is optional. • For your airport transfer, we will pick you up 2 hours before your departure from Cusco. Feel free to request a different pickup time if necessary. • This is a private shuttle service between Cusco Airport and hotels in downtown Cusco. If you choose a hotel on the outskirts of the city, additional charges may apply.

They communicated well and were on time for both our transfer to and from the hotel. The vans were large and comfortable
Communication via WhatsApp was convenient. Clear instructions were given. Driver wasn’t right at exit when we exited airport, but he arrived within a couple minutes once I informed via WhatsApp that we had our luggage and were exiting. Vehicle was comfortable. It was nice to have transfer pre-arranged as we arrived 9:00pm after a long travel day. Would recommend!
