The modern, very comfortable vehicles were always on site ahead of the departure time. The drivers were helpful, polite, and had a tip or two for staying in Gdansk. Communication via email was always reliable and straightforward. We were thrilled.
First used Prestige Line in February 2024 an anniversary trip to Gdansk with my wife, and the standard of the vehicle and the staff was exemplary. First Class from booking to drop off and booked return to airport too. Returned to Gdansk early May 2026 with my wife daughter and son inlaw to celebrate my daughters birthday. I had no hesitation in booking Prestige Line once again and I was not disappointed, the larger vehicle to cater for the four of us was once again top class and the drivers once again a credit to the company.
We used Prestige to take us to and from the airport - the journey was easy to arrange. On both journeys our driver Mathew turned up on time, was very well turned out and the Mercedes van was clean, very comfortable, parked very close and we had assistance with the luggage. Would recommend and will use again when we’re next in town. Thank you!
Perfect way to get from the airport to Old Town area of Gdansk. Communication throughout booking was easy with fast responses. Matthew (sp) was waiting for us outside of baggage and helped us along to the van. The van was impeccable, comfy and roomy for the five of us traveling with luggage. Matthew was such a kind young man who gave us some tips for the area. Plan to book again to go back to the airport.
