Arrival: Pick Up From MBJ Airport: Upon arrival and after clearing custom, go outside to the arrival area. Use the first door on the right, exiting the terminal at the Information Desk. Once outside, look to the right, a Representative will be waiting for you holding a "Ultimate Excursions Tours and Taxi Service" sign with your name printed on it. (This location is in front of "Sixt car rental office." If you are having any challenges in finding the location, just ask someone to show you where Sixt car rental office is.) If you do not see the driver for any reason, please call and a operator will assist you. Departure: Pick Up From The Hotel, Your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. If you do not see the driver/guide for any reason, please call and operator will assist you.

Shamore was waiting for us with a sign as we walked out the terminal. We had a pleasant ride to our hotel and he gave us a little history lesson along the way.

Great experience. Checked with me the day before to ensure everything was good. At the airport met us outside the terminal with my name..no delays. For our pickup confirmed with me the day before. Both our drivers were awesome and explained a lot about Jamaica during the trip from Montego to Ocho Rios

Easy and Safe. We arrived in Montego Bay and Albert was there waiting for us. He took us to Ocho Rios and made sure we had everything we needed. When I return to Jamaica I would definitely use this service again.
