Poor customer service and access conditions

It was a gift for my husband and he gave up when he got there for some reason. Bad customer attention. From the first moment I contacted the Enterprise to know how to coordinate the Service, the Cover who answered me was very rude in the answers. You sent a link with explanations of the Service but wanted a contact and clarify some issues better but without success. The Cover insisted that I read what was written on the link. Worse than talking to an AI robot. The place is far away and there is no transport there and public transportation does not reach the place because the road is on land in very bad conditions. Arriving there the taxi driver did not take us to the starting point due to the poor condition of the road. In this case we would have to go walking for a long distance and in terrible conditions and to return would be the same and the place does not have a taxi stop nearby. Upon arriving there we tried again to talk to them but again unsuccessfully. I sent a message informing that my husband gave up for the conditions mentioned and again the Cover was very rude and unpleasant, not to say anything else. While we were there, we witnessed 2 groups that we had to help to get up there due to huge holes on the road. Anyway... there were signs to not carry out the flight. I believe that with better customer service and if they organize the transportation themselves, they will be able to satisfy the customers

Huge lack of communication (skills and channels)

Communication is only possible through Whatsapp, which is a huge bummer, since the provider doesn't seem a good communicator. The provider told me to write him a message the day we were supposed to fly, he replied way too late (around 11 am), and told me that he had to finish around 2 pm... If you have luck, the place is near your hotel, but if you are unlucky (like I was) and need 1h30min to arrive, it is nearly impossible to make it in time. I was very upset, because the activity was going to be great experience and I read a few good reviews...

Waste of your time

Chris told us to come at 11. We were on time and we waited for 30 min, but he did not show up and after 40 min he told us that he would pick us up in 2 hours. So we just wasted our time, absolutely disrespectful. I don't recommend, don't waste your time.

Tour Operator Refund please

I waited at the pick up point yesterday 17th January from 10.45 AM - 11.15AM and I did not see any group of people who were waiting for paragliding trip so I was not able to participate. I contacted the tour operator and they have not responded. Please issue a refund or arrange it for me to speak with the tour operator

Call before you book or you will lose money

Experience never happened, poor communication and bad service. I booked and I had to chase them to know more about the times, then said not going to due in that day and that they will see if can do next day. They haven’t told me anything, so once again I had to chase them for them to say no again today and maybe Monday. I’m leaving Monday so I cannot do it so I ask for a refund and still waiting

We were never able to do storm notice but communication with supplier not very refund please

Let s ask for refund because have never done the activity not easy comm with the supplier activity not possessive according to him due to weather warning but splendid sunny day...?

Be sure to try!!!

Unique experience and highly recommended! We couldn't start until a day later due to the weather. The pilot is very experienced and explains everything you want to know. We felt wonderfully taken care of during this unforgettable thrill!

Difficult and chaotic communication

The flight didn't happen because of bad weather, which is understandable and a good desicion to call it of because of safety reasons. The communication around it was difficult. They told me to come at two, then didn't show up or answer my texts or calls for 1,5 hour. Additionally I was in contact with a middleman who wasn't on the island, didn't have any updates or infomation, couldn't help at all and told me he wasn't Aventura En Canarias even though his phone number was listed under the companys contact information. Why did I have to be in contact with this person at all?! Worst of all: So far I didn't get my money back, even though the flight didn't happen.

Highly recommended

Very nice make sure you contact with them only via whatsapp also they will send you picture there. You need contact with them on the same day because weather conditions

Disaster

Never happened… failed to arrive at pickup despite confirming the booking. A waste of a day given we had a confirmed booking and would not answer calls, messages…
