Pretoria is a very beautiful city, especially when the Jacarandas are in full bloom in October. There are numerous historical buildings and museums to explore and fantastic restaurants to enjoy.

1h before the tour I’ve received a mail canceling it. No justification. With tis short notice I couldn’t get an alternative option
We advise our guest to book in time so that we also arrange our guides to pick them up but if you book your tour 2 hours before the start of the tour and expect us to pick you up,we are a tour operator and we must be able to plan our tours. There is an option to cancel the booking on Viator if we cannot honour that booking but please to avoid unnecessary reviews guest need to book their tours on time to avoid disappointment. It's not our fault that you book the tour 2 hours and expect us to run to Pretoria to pick you up,it's unfair to us. Make arrangements on time. Did you notify us since you book your tour at short notice. Make arrangements on time next time to avoid cancellation.
Most memorable was that you canceled my tour seven minutes before it was scheduled to start, leaving me stuck at my hotel without anything to do.
Last minute booking we could not pick him up due to our electricity crisis and when we reschedule the pick up time from 12h30 to 13h15 pm,the guest was rude and unfriendly, unfortunately we had to cancel his tour since it was last minute booking and he was refunded.
Had an awesome full day tour of Johannesburg and Pretoria. Paster is a wonderful guide, knowledgeable in history, geography and culture, He is an invaluable resource for an orientation to South Africa
