We had a fantastic half day tour taking in all the major tourist spots. Our tour guide Brian was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and funny he made our day very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend buying the gifts from the locals in Soweto.
I had an excellent day with my guide, who spoke good French and provided a lot of explanations. I felt safe. The communication and the handling went well. An emotional visit, and I believe that when one passes through this area, it is a duty to go there. I recommend this visit.
A great tour with guide Lebo who was very accommodating and informative. The tour was easy going, water provided.
I am Brazilian and this tour brings a shock of reality that we need to always help each other. The guide was amazing, took us to the placesesz helped with the photos. In soweto it is important to respect people because it is more than living.. there they survive based on what the government supports. The tour was worth it to know the history of the country.
Awesome experience. Solly was very helpful setting the day up for us and accommodating my requests. Brian took us on the tour and was excellent every step of the way. I highly recommend this tour.
Amazing tour and would definitely do this tour again. It was an impactful tour and the guide was amazing. I highly recommend to anyone. And I definitely thinks this tour is also very important.
This tour was so much more than I expected. It was eye-opening, heartwarming, inspiring, and so informative. My tour guide Brian, was the best– he filled in so many details that I would have otherwise missed at the various sites and in between. Well done!
It was a great moment to see the museum and Soweto. Note that we only have 2 hours for the museum, and it’s good to see the majority of it, but if you want to see everything and go deeper, you will need more time. The guide was really nice and knowledgeable. Pickup and drop off at your hotel when you’re traveling solo it’s a huge bonus!
A very moving half day at the Apartheid Museum and Soweto
Excellent from beginning to end. Brian, the tour guide was all you could want in a guide- knowledgeable, well-spoken, great insights into these country-changing events and very solicitous of questions from us, all of which he answered in thoughtful responses. The tour stops were all powerful and memorable. The tour of Soweto, Mandela’s House and the Apartheid Museum are unforgettable. Great value!
