Join our guide and let's capture this magical spot together with a video!
Then the guide will walk you to the Liberation Monument and slowly start to unraveling the tales of the city. Erected to commemorate the victory of WWII, this monument stands tall as a symbol of resilience. The tour guide will vividly narrate this historical tale to you, along with the current development of the Liberation Monument.
As you stroll along the pedestrian street, you'll be immersed in a vibrant atmosphere of bustling shops, lively street performers, and delicious street food stalls. Whether you're in the mood for shopping, dining, or simply soaking up the lively ambiance, Liberation Monument Pedestrian Street has something for everyone.
You will have free time for lunch, your guide will provide local food suggestions depending on your prefenrences.
At Tongyuan Gate, you will see one of the remaining ancient city gates of old Chongqing. You can walk along the restored city wall, explore the stone archway, and observe traditional architectural details that reflect the city’s long history. The area also offers great views of the surrounding old streets and hillside neighborhoods, giving a strong sense of how Chongqing once looked centuries ago. It’s a quiet, atmospheric place perfect for photos and learning about the city’s past.
This is a scenic pathway built along the hillside. Here, you can enjoy close-up views of the city’s steep staircases, old residential buildings, and lush greenery. The trail offers several beautiful lookout points where you can see the skyline, bridges, and the Yangtze River from different heights. It’s a peaceful walk that shows the everyday life of local residents and the unique “vertical” character of Chongqing.
Then we will take the subway to Liziba station, this is also a social media sensation, attracting many people come here to take photos and videos because you can witness the magical sight of the light rail passing through residential buildings. As for why such a design exists, your guide will explain the story behind it to you when you arrive there.
At Danzishi, you can stroll through a lively riverside area filled with renovated old streets, cafés, and local shops. This neighborhood sits on a high riverside slope and is known as one of the best places in Chongqing to enjoy the night view. From here, you can see the brightly lit skyline, river bridges, and city reflections shimmering on the water. It’s a perfect spot for taking stunning photos and experiencing Chongqing’s famous nighttime scenery. You will also have your dinner here.
The Grand Theater and Hongyadong stand proudly on opposite banks of the Yangtze River. Your guide will lead you to the best vantage point nearby to enjoy the stunning night views of Hongyadong and also admire the beautiful night scenes of both rivers, including the Raffels City. Guide will also help youcapture beautiful commemorative photos.
Every evening, the skyscrapers along the riverside in the city center light up with neon lights, illuminating the Yangtze River and Jialing River. The dazzling lights create a magnificent spectacle, overwhelming the senses. This is also one of the highlights of our private service—your guide will drive along the riverbank, allowing you to take in the bustling night scenery of Chongqing to the fullest.
This is one of the most popular attractions in Chongqing, known for its stunning night view illuminated by dazzling lights, which complement the other night views along the Yangtze River. Instead of being crowded inside with other tourists (mostly souvenir shops and snack stalls), we'll take you to the best vantage point to admire its night scenery and help you capture memorable photos.

The city was a monster maze with breathtaking views. We were able to navigate with minimal stress because our guide, Jessie, planned the route and maximized our use of limited time. She was most helpful, recommending restaurants and shopping areas for a most authentic experience.
Thank you and welcome back to China again!!
The tour was very complete and our guide Miki was excellent, flexible, knowledgeable and super friendly! The vehicle was super comfortable, we had lots of fun and the views were amazing! Definitely recommendable!
So happy to host you guys! Wish you all the best!!
An magic city with some unique attractions. Reminds me a larger and more modern version of Hong Kong. Definitely worth spending several days there. Tip - try to avoid the weekend crowds.
welcome to CQ :)
We had a really fun, easygoing day exploring Chongqing. The ancient town was a highlight, with lots of interesting shops and plenty of photo opportunities, and the city park had amazing views over the skyline. The train going through the building was honestly pretty average—but watching all the people trying to get the perfect photo made it way more entertaining. Be prepared though—there’s a lot of walking and plenty of stairs along the way, and the city would be a nightmare to navigate without the right guide. Hotpot was a big win—spicy, social, and exactly what you want when you’re there. When it comes to ordering, it’s definitely a case of “when in Rome, do as the Romans do.” We finished the day with the city lights across the river, which looked incredible and was the perfect way to wrap things up. Miki, our guide, really made the day. She was friendly, easy to chat to, and her English was great. You could tell she knew the city well, and she kept everything running smoothly without it ever feeling rushed.
Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It means a lot to our small team, and we’re so glad you enjoyed the tour. We hope to welcome you again in the future!

Fabulous tour of Chongqing with terrific perfect guide Miki and great safe driver Mr. Tan. Guide Miki was so fun, knowledgeable, and speaks excellent English. She knows the City well and showed us the best time, guiding us through everything from watching the train go through the building, to touring parks, taking the cable car across the Yangtze River, and wonderful views of the famous Drone Show and the Hungya Cave at night. Thank you Miki!

We had a great experience on our private tour with Miki. She was very friendly, professional, well organized, and a pleasure to spend time with. The tour was fun, varied and interesting, every site was really worth visiting, and everything was handled smoothly. We really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend this tour.
Thank you for your review and we wish you a wonderful 2026!
Highly recommend Jessie! She was incredibly patient with all my questions leading up to our tour and was so detailed and thoughtful throughout. She truly took care of us. We free roamed on our first day, but doing a 1 day tour with Jessie made such a huge difference. There was so much information, history, and context we never would’ve known without a guide. She also knew all the backend routes that would’ve been really difficult to navigate on our own. One of the kids got sick and Jessie was amazingly flexible with timing and made adjustments throughout the day without any stress. She also shared so many helpful tips for the rest of our trip in Chongqing. I can’t recommend her customer service highly enough. Thank you, Jessie, for making our trip truly memorable!
Thank you Kim! Welcome back to Chongqing in the future!!
I highly recommend this experience if you don't have much time and would like to visit all the must see places in Chongqing. If you have your own ideas of places to see, I'm sure the guide and driver would be happy to introduce them to you as well. My guide, Miki, provided a very informative experience and I learned a lot while talking with her. I also had a lot of fun and got to eat tasty local cuisine.
Thank you very much and welcome back to China again!
