Porto to Lisbon Private Tour: Aveiro Coimbra Fátima Nazaré Óbidos

A really good alternative to having to take the train, which we had initially planned. Our guide was super cute. The three best places were definitely Fatima, Moeda caves and Óbidos. We had lunch at a cosy restaurant. The price was affordable, the food was good and the service absolutely top.

The drive from Porto to Lisbon with 5 different stops was so worth the Journey. Our driver Rui made our trip special. Rui was a great driver and He guided us to the right spots and picked us up when we were done. He was knowledgeable of the country and so nice. Our trip was so pleasant because of him. Thank you! I can not say enough about João, our driver and guide. His communication was exceptional. Prior to the trip we had questions, which he promptly responded. Again, the day before the trip, he again communicated confirming the details of the transfer. We wanted to stop in two cities, Aveiro and Obidos on our way to Lisbon from Porto. João's was punctual and so helpful making the trip so enjoyable by engaging us in a conversation about the country (past and present), the towns and cities along the way. At each stop, he provided suggestions of how to spend our time and where to go. He also gave us as much time as we wanted in the cities. João was very professional and accommodating - he is exceptional. Highly recommend João and a private transfer between Porto and Lisbon. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Vasco was our guide and driver from Porto to Lisbon with stops in Aveiro, Coimbra, Nazare, and Obidos. He was on time, knowledgeable about the towns and cities providing us with helpful hints and ideas about what to see and do. We appreciated learning about the areas we drove through along the way and learning more about life in Portugal. I would highly recommend requesting Vasco as your driver.

This service is top notch. The driver contacted me a couple of weeks beforehand and inquired if we needed any help or tips for Portugal. I gave him what I was looking for and he gave me suggestions on where to go. Mind you this was well within the free cancellation period. Once we got close to the trip, Luís reached out again to confirm pick up time and place. On the day of, he showed up a bit early and with a nice and clean car. Waters were provided. During the trip he made suggestions for restaurants and scenic stops along the way and at our final destination. The suggestions were awesome. Such a great way to experience the smaller historic cities between Porto and Lisbon!.. absolutely loved our tour and João was a fabulous guide!!.. So patient and helpful… best part of our trip to Portugal!!

Joao was an AMAZING driver! 10/10 would recommend to all. He took us to all 5 spots and explained the significance. We were able to wander for a bit and discover. Weather was a big factor and he was a very safe driver in the rain. WOA: If you want to see the library in Coimbra, you need a ticket purchased in advanced for a certain slotted time which should be arranged in advanced otherwise you cannot see it.

Óbidos was beautiful. Reminded us of Mikonos. Lovely couple of hours. Wish we had skipped the first stop and had more time there.

Luis was a lovely driver. Very kind, on time, with great recommendations for activities and food throughout the day. Would highly recommend this as a different way to transit the day and see more of Portugal !
