Our guide was quite...

Our guide was quite knowledgeable, friendly and so nice. We drove through Addo Elephant National Park and saw lions, elephants, zebras, warthogs, gazelles, baboons, monkeys and, of course, dung beetles. What a great experience!

I cannot read the departure time.

We docked late, had exit checks, and were very slow to see the tour people. I didn’t understand that, so I considered it a lot and signed up for this tour because I got a quick reply and I always said I was OK, nothing to worry about. Of course my turn on the day was towards the end, so I got worried, emailed him many times, and answered that I wasn't worried, so I left the gate, but no one had my name, and when I checked my identity in the photo, I put out a tag with my name. From then on, busy soliciting customers, I waited, I was left behind because I was slower than the other passengers. However, the cancellation didn't work after that, so I went to the mall with 15 Japanese customers and paid back 300 rand. The wait was really distressing and I wish I had cancelled the day before. No refunds were granted, and I feel like I've been studying. If you plan to have a significant delay in your departure time, it seems a good idea to cancel. Why don't you help me out later?

Operator response

On the day you booked your tour. You disembarked the ship 4 hours late. But even so we still offered to take you on a private tour. But you refused the offer because you want more people with you. But you only booked for one person. Your ship stayed over. And we even offered to take you the next day and there will be more people with you to join. We agreed to meet at 8 am. We waited until 9.15 making the other passengers uncomfortable as it was hot and everyone was waiting for you. But you never pitch up. We try our best to keep our customers happy at all times.
