Enjoy a stroll around this wonderful town and a delicious seaside lunch in the beautiful and charming town of Sorrento, surrounded by sea cliffs and overlooking the spectacular Bay of Naples. Sorrento is known for its delicious “limoncello” liquor made from lemon rinds, alcohol, water, and sugar.
Positano rests secluded on the slope of its surrounding hills leading down to sandy beaches. With its dramatic natural setting, stacked pastel-colored Mediterranean style buildings, and blue sea, Positano is by far one of the most picturesque places in Italy. John Steinbeck rightfully described it as “a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone”. In Positano, you can explore the narrow lanes lined with one of a kind shops, stylish boutiques, and superb cafes. A perfect way to end a perfect day in Amalfi Coast.

We’d like to share a fantastic review of our day trip with Radu to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast on Nov 18. He was attentive, punctual, pleasant, and incredibly knowledgeable. Radu anticipated every need and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the day. He was a favorite of everyone in our group, from a 15-year-old to a 77-year-old. With a group of 5, the price was comparable to bus tours and much more comfortable. It was great way to see the Amalfi Coast. We highly recommend this tour and Radu for an unforgettable experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Rome Chauffeur. We booked this service to both pick us up and drop us off at the airport, as well as a tour of Rome, a shorter day trip to Tivoli & a longer day trip to Pompeii, Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. We were so fortunate to have Michael as our driver for all 3 of our day trips and also our return trip to the airport. Every day Michael was early for pick up, and so kind and patient with all of our questions about Rome and Italy. His professionalism and customer service is top notch and we greatly appreciated all of his tips on our trips. From recommending a beautiful 300 year old restaurant, being flexible around rainy weather, and providing endless insights into ancient and modern Rome, our experience with Michael and Rome Chauffeur was a highlight of our trip.
We had such a wonderful experience. Our driver was on time and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very flexible in allowing us to alter our day even though we stuck to the plan. He suggested we spend more time in Sorrento and I wish we would’ve taken his advice. While Positano was beautiful by the time we got there most place were closing. The sprinter was extremely comfortable and we were able to nap on the way back. I would highly recommend Rome Chauffeur and if we are even back in Rome, I’ll definitely use them again. Michele made us feel comfortable from the moment he picked us up in the morning. We had the best day driving through many towns large and small stopping and sightseeing. Michele was full of knowledge, knew the best places to stop and take photos, and answered any questions we had. The best way to see so many places in one day with someone who knows their stuff. Would 100% recommend and do again.

For the price of a bus tour we were able to spend a wonderful day touring Pompeii (with a private guide) Sorrento, and Positano. It was a long day but well worth it! As usual, Rome Chauffeur was prompt, reliable and excellent. Our driver Caesar was very professional and gave us very good overviews of our destinations. Our tour guide in Pompeii, Francesca paced in a lot of information for a 2 hour tour! Would love to have her again to tour Herculaneum the next time we are in the area. We have always used Rome Chauffeur for airport transport but this was our first tour with them. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best!
