- When the booking arrives 8 hours before the start time, the ONLY pick-up point is Starhotels Terminus in Piazza Garibaldi.

- The ascent to the Vesuvius crater requires walking uphill on loose gravel and uneven terrain. The hike is equivalent to climbing approximately 45 flights of stairs; comfortable walking shoes, a sun hat, and water are highly recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful first-time experience seeing Pompeii and Vesuvius. Paola and the driver Antonio were very hospitable and experienced. Paola had a great amount of knowledge, and was very informative. The lunch was amazing too!

Our guide Luca was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and was a great communicator. We knew right where to meet him when we walked off the ship. Our driver Francisco navigated the traffic and got us around safely. It was a perfect day.
The whole trip was excellent, Arianna was fantastic and ran the day smoothly whilst talking in English and French throughout. The Pompei guidr was also brilliant and we really enjoyed the walk to Vesuvius crater. 10/10 day!

We had a very beautiful, interesting, and eventful day with our driver Rafa. Rafa picked us up on time from the hotel in Praiano. Without any detours, we drove directly (2 hours drive) to the Pompeii excavation site. The tickets were organized for Pompeii & Vesuvius. We had direct entry without waiting in line. Rafa explained a lot to us in the car about Pompeii, Vesuvius, and the Amalfi Coast. He is a very good driver, especially on the narrow roads and alleys of the Amalfi Coast. We had a very nice excursion. We were very happy about the gift at the end. Thank you, says the family from Potsdam.

I had a great time during this tour. Our driver Lino was fantastic, on time and very kind. Titti was very helpful, friendly, and clear throughout the tour. Hello, We were met in a large square. Antonella, our guide, is adorable, kind, and attentive. Our driver Francesco was great because the road to Vesuvius is not easy; there are 33km of fairly narrow switchbacks to get there. Be careful, you have to climb about 200m with a steep incline and the heat. Remember to wear good shoes.

We had an awesome tour of Pompeii and mount Vesuvius. Transport was on time, with the day being very organised and well run. Tour of Pompeii was brilliant, with the guide being incredibly knowledgable about the city - our two boys were captivated. Enjoyable lunch and get commentary on our journey in the mini bus - sharing information and noting things that we passed which we would have missed without a guide.
