What an amazing experience! We made fettuccine and ravioli from scratch, and everything turned out delicious. Our instructor Vitorio was kind, patient, and shared so many helpful tips and tricks to make great pasta at home. The class was fun, hands-on, and very well organized. I learned a lot and had a fantastic time. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Italy! Not too crowded! 2 hours!

Victorio was amazing! So much fun and allowed us to volunteer. He also gave constructive feedback every step of the way without getting in our way. I love that he asked if he could provide feedback or help before he simply interjected. His manners and humor made the experience!
The class was fun. Must say it was a little warm, but the weather is just so warm here anyway at this time of year that we could not eat inside so everything that we cooked we had to eat outside and it was quite uncomfortable.
