What an incredible experience! Chef Ian’s cooking class in Rome’s Jewish Ghetto was one of the highlights of our trip. The small intimate class was fascinating and gave us a real appreciation for a traditional Roman specialty. The wine was delicious, the food was outstanding, and Chef Ian and his staff were attentive, welcoming, and made everyone feel comfortable from start to finish. If you’re looking for an authentic, fun, and memorable culinary experience in Rome, I can’t recommend this class highly enough!

It was a fun hands on experience with my wife and kids, the instructors were amazing a step by step instructions for anyone that hasn’t made either of these. The pizza and gelato turned out amazing!!!
