In this fun and interactive 1-hour Pisco cocktail class, you’ll discover the world of Peru’s iconic spirit by preparing over 7 different Pisco infusions and learning to make two of the most famous Pisco cocktails: Pisco Sour and Chilcano de Pisco. This 100% participatory experience is designed to be quick, engaging, and full of flavor. To cap off the class, we’ll finish with a few exciting Pisco shots. Our group of nine enjoyed a wonderful private pisco-making tour on our first night in Cusco. We loved being able to choose the flavors for our pisco sours, and we really appreciated all the tips, fun facts, and cultural insights shared throughout the experience. This was a fun, engaging activity for anyone age 18 and up. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to learn more about and enjoy Cusco’s signature liquor. Fernando was a fabulous host, and we enjoyed making our own drinks to the taste and strength (or weakness) desired. Be sure to eat dinner first, and have ready transportation home, as you will have the opportunity to sample several of your own creations in a short period of time.

The experience was super fun for me and my extended family! Cristina was perfect and gave us a fun and informative session on Pisco! She cares deeply about providing a great experience and educating others on Peruvian gastronomy, even forwarding traditional Peruvian recipes to us after the class! This was a great way to bond with family and an excellent opportunity to learn about authentic Pisco Sours and Chilcanos!
