They were not at the...
They were not at the airport when we arrived. I called customer service and was hung up on. Finally, I got a call saying they were late. By that point, we arrived at our hotel via taxi. I still paid their fee and that of the taxi... what fun.

The driver was prompt, and very courteous, offered to help with my bags and pointed out a few things on the way to the hotel.
