IMPORTANT: The ship departs at 6:30 pm and it is important to arrive at the pier at 5:30 pm to check in. Duration of the tour from 6:30 pm to 10 pm.

I tried all day to reschedule for the next day. Got no answer. When our time came to go, they messaged me, where are you? Told them we were stuck out at sea, could we please reschedule for tomorrow. Again, no answer! Called them and asked to reschedule, she said we couldn't, all full for tomorrow,but I went to site and there was a availability. All about the $$, and not service. Very disappointed!!!
Fun, energizing and very accommodating to disabled travellers. Staff is very friendly and helpful and they ensure all ages have an enjoyable time. I was having difficulty walking after some long vacation days and they pushed me in a wheelchair to the ship and back out again after. The ship itself is not wheelchair accessible but they are very helpful when needed. The dinner is delicious and there is no lack of refreshments if that is what you desire. A fun time!
