Our tour guide Marijana provided good overview of the city in our short visit to Piran. She is friendly, informative and has full knowleadgeable of the history of the city. She gladly answered all of our questions and curiousity which made the tour pretty enjoyable.
My guide in Piran had a deep knowledge of the town, buildings, architecture, and culture. Her explanations were wonderful as we walked the town. Highly recommended!
Thank you so much for your kind review
Marijana provided a great overview and orientation for our short visit to Piran. The pace was relaxed and informative as we spent about 90 minutes walking through the streets of the old town. All of our questions were answered!
Walk through Piran with a private guide. She was informative and guided us with a leisurely pace. Our guide was very helpful with showing the sights of the city and the spectacular views. The easy hike to church allowed the most memorable views
Typical Venetian town, very nice to visit on foot starting from the central square (Piazza Tartini) of the town and continuing to the end of the isthmus.
this is such a beautiful town with so much history. i could have wandered on my own, which i usually do, but my guide took me so many places i wouldnt have found. she was so knowledgeable and fun- well it was everything i hoped for and more. thank you!
Norman was a great guide for the four of us through the town of Piran. He had an answer for all of our questions, even the left-field ones, and some good anecdotes as we walked around. If you don't have a ton of time in town, this is especially a good way to get around the town and see the highlights in a short amount of time. At the end, he also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner.
Igor was very knowledgeable and personable. The walk was thoroughly enjoyable and we learnt a lot. Great way to discover the city
The small town, which can be reached by shuttle bus after leaving its vehicle in the parking lot outside the city, is organized around Tartini Square in tribute to the famous composer and violinist. A very Venetian campanile dominates it. The small port is quiet and very colorful. Here too, the narrow streets bring their freshness and are very pleasant to walk. The peninsula gradually shrinks to become the light tower.
