Pinnacles

Not enough time at Pinnacles - 35 mins. Tour was Pinnacles so disappointing and had been told longer and minimum walk 45min in the Pinnacles

Operator response

Thanks for letting us know! The Pinnacles are such a fascinating place, and we understand wanting more time to wander. While this tour balances several highlights in one day, we’ll keep your feedback in mind. We’d love to see you back for a longer adventure among the Pinnacles next time!

Worth doing to see the amazing countryside north of Perth

Mix up on pick up time but once we got going it was a good day. Coach was rather old and a bit cramped had it been full but luckily we could have a double seat each. Pinnacles fantastic. Lobster shack lunch fabulous. Itinerary was great. Chocolate tasting and saw koalas at r the fabulous Yanchek national park. Didnt get offered any lavender icecream as in the description though. Overall an easy way to experience the natural flora and fauna north of Perth.

Operator response

Thanks for the detailed review! We're glad the day turned out well despite the pickup hiccup and coach comfort. Sorry to hear the lavender ice cream didn’t make an appearance, hopefully next time! It’s great to know the tour offered a smooth way to soak in the beauty of WA’s northern countryside.

Good tour, great experience

Great tour and experience the lobster shack is an overpriced poor self service disappointment with dry tasteless old lobster settingis beautiful however the Pinnacles are fabulous and the tour scenery makes up for it Driver guide Olly is good. The transport bus was old and cramped No music on the bus or wifi

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the scenery, especially the Pinnacles, and that Olly, your driver guide, provided a good experience. It's unfortunate that the Lobster Shack didn't meet your expectations, and that the self-service setup, food quality, and pricing were disappointing. I also appreciate your honest comments about the bus-being old and cramped without music or WiFi can impact comfort and enjoyment. Your insights are helpful for others considering this tour. Cheers!
