Fantastic guide, extremely friendly and with a lot of knowledge
Very disappointed. We got lost on the way to the meeting site and texted the tour company that we would be 5 min late. They did not respond and apparently left without us. We then rushed over and tried to catch up with group at the Picasso museum after texting them again that we were doing so. But again they did not wait or leave our tickets for us at the entry to join them. They again never responded. We could not find them and the museum staff at the entry told us that the group was inside and had not left us our tickets and we were not allowed to enter without them. We at that point contacted viator staff who told us they would contact the company directly. As they were working on this and we were patiently waiting for some reasonable response such as sending us our ticket downstairs, or even arranging for us to meet the group after Picasso museum tour so that we could join as they go to moco museum, or finally telling us where in the museum they were because we ended up buying new tickets so that at least we would see the museum and possibly run into the group. Unfortunately there was no way to find them and again no communication. . The viator person told us finally that they had been placed on a very long hold by the company and no one ever came back to answer. We were so disappointed that there was no communication professionalism or concern exhibited by this tour company. Viator let us know that they would be requesting a refund for us but we have received no notification of any resolution at this point.
Very large museum with many early works. As i like Picasso's earlier works better this was great for me. If you are looking or his later more famous works then better go to some of the famous museums around the world. Museum is located in a great walking area with many interesting galleries and shops nearby
Christina was great in giving some of the history of Barcelona. Her guided tour of the Picasso museum was perfect.
