Meeting Point: International flight: Gate 2 of Arrival Terminal Domestic flight: Gate 1 Arrival Terminal Please make sure to arrive at the arrival gate on time. If you're late, the full charge will apply. Note: If you are not able to find our representative, please call to emergency contact number or go to the ATTA counter (Association of Thai Travel Agents)/ Information counter for assistance. - Departure Transfer: Please make sure you provide the flight number, departure time and your hotel. (Example: THAI TG 215 depart at 4:30 pm) Hotel: Courtyard Phuket Town.

The staff kindly reached out ahead of time just in case. Pickup spot was easy to find just outside of baggage claim. Driver was extra on-time as well. Made for a perfect start to my stay in-town.

They booked me I showed up late at night, said they wouldn't take me....super dangerous for single female traveling alone, I just hope they refund my ticket, have not seen it yet.
