Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is available from selected locations in Phuket. Approximate pickup times range from 07:00 to 09:00, depending on your area. Exact timing will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email the evening before the tour. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 15–20 minutes before and after the scheduled window, as pickup times may vary due to traffic or route changes. No refunds will be provided in case of no-show. In some cases, your hotel may fall outside the pickup zone. If so, you will need to make your own way to Royal Phuket Marina or AA Marina Pier depending upon package selection at the specified check-in time or choose private transfer service at an additional cost. We recommend checking your messages regularly and ensuring your contact information is correct at the time of booking. This helps ensure a smooth and timely experience on the day of the tour.
