Once you land your personal assistant meets you at the skywalk and guides you through all formalities, including passing through Customs via the Premium Immigration Lane and navigating the Arrivals Hall. This premium service makes your arrival in Phuket as stress-free as possible. We also have a standard (budget) option which includes fast track immigration only and details on the options)

- Infant aged between 14 days old and 2 years old on the travel date are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult
- Please have your hotel information, return air ticket handy in case requested by immigration.
- All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
- For the question at checkout "Where would you like to be dropped off" please enter "Exit" or "Your Hotel Name" if you booked a airport transfer
- For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
- For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
- Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 6 hours before your originally scheduled arrival time so we can update your guide's schedule. Please note that due to privacy regulations, airlines will not inform us of changes to your itinerary; it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us directly to ensure your service is delivered.
- Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/ If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.

I am not sure if it was because of low season in Phuket or because of the time my flight landed on a Monday afternoon, but there was no line at customs. When I got to customs after getting off the plane, I knew immediately I had wasted my money. The people on my flight got through customs about as fast as I did. Probably faster since I had to go over to the Coral counter first. The service itself was good and as advertised. The staff person was very kind and guided me over to the priority customs line. If there had been a line at the regular customs line, it would have been great, but for when I arrived, it was unnecessary. I guess consider when you’re arriving in Phuket when thinking of getting this service.

Seamless service, made sure we got to where we were going before leaving us. No line at immigration on the day of our particular arrival but was still worth it for the personal care he took

Absolutely do this if you are coming into Phuket. The guide helped me every step of the way, If I h not used this sevice, I would have been in the customs line over an hour. Well worth the money!

We were met directly off the airbridge and escorted through the diplomatic channel with no queue whatsoever. Then to the luggage carousel where our luggage arrived after 5 mins and straight to a waiting car. Incredible service and time saving. We will definetly use again !

Wonderful lady met us at arrival gate, led us all the way to our departure gate. No fuss at any point. Bangkok airport is so big and busy I think I would have been overwhelmed if not for our guide.
